Assumes or prepares the design theme and ensures that it understands its requirements;

Analyzes the documentation sent by the Beneficiary to the designer, in order to start the design works and brings to the attention of the head of the department any deficiencies or omissions found in the analyzed documentation;

Based on the consultations with the Head of the Department, prepares the additional requests addressed to the Beneficiary regarding the documents necessary to start the design activity;

Participates in the process of optimization/improvement of detailed solutions in the design theme;

Participates in the implementation of architecture specialty projects (phase D.T.A.C., D.T.O.E., D.T.A.D., P.Th., D.E.) with the help of dedicated software applications, in permanent coordination with the head of the department and the heads of the resistance structure sections. , installations, respectively roads and vertical systematization or platforms, with any other internal and external specialists participating in the realization of the project;

Performs work to improve design projects through the variety and promptness of proposed design solutions;

Participates in the implementation of specialty projects in architecture, in accordance with the legislation, norms and regulations in force, in permanent coordination with the head of the department;

Participates in the creation of written works: technical memos and specifications, in permanent coordination with the head of the department, respectively the heads of the resistance structure, installations, roads and systematization/vertical platforms departments, or with any other internal and external specialists who participate in the realization the project. By agreement with the Head of the Department and based on the planning of the design activity, respectively depending on the degree of complexity, he can assign a part of the performance of the above activity to a mid-level or junior designer architect;

Prepares the fire safety scenario in permanent coordination with the head of the respective department and with the specialists of the other disciplines involved in the elaboration of the scenario;

Participates in the creation of drawings: project plans, construction authorization, technical project plans, execution details, in permanent coordination with the head of the department, respectively the heads of the resistance structure, installations, roads and systematization/vertical platforms departments, or with any other specialists internal and external who participate in the realization of the project. By agreement with the Head of the Department and based on the planning of the design activity, respectively depending on the degree of complexity, he can assign a part of the performance of the above activity to a mid-level or junior designer architect;

Participates in the preparation of any site provisions and additional requested details, design notes, design minutes, design notifications, in permanent coordination with the head of the department, respectively the heads of the resistance structure, installations, roads and vertical systematization departments. /platforms, or with any other internal and external specialists participating in the realization of the project. He coordinates and directs the team of architects under his command involved in the respective project, in permanent coordination with the head of the department;

Constantly coordinates the relationship with the departments of resistance structure, installations, respectively roads and systematization/vertical platforms, with any other internal and external specialists participating in the realization of the project;

informs the head of the department weekly about the progress of the assigned project;

Constantly checks the implementation in the content of the technical documentation drawn up of the design theme, of the standards and regulations in force or of the requirements of the respective client, requesting the subordinate architects to correct any errors, respectively to complete any omissions in its content;

He is actively involved in the technical discussions with the beneficiaries, in permanent coordination with the head of the department/technical director;

Permanently coordinates the design process from the concept phase to the delivery of the project in electronic or printed format;

Represents the company in relations with clients in any situation that involves technical aspects related to the strict design activity;

Ensures the assumption of the project by his own signature and OAR stamp;

Participates in the coordination of important phases in the construction site, following the execution of the assigned projects throughout their duration;

Participates in the verification of hidden works that have reached decisive phases, following the execution of the assigned projects throughout their duration, respectively provides technical assistance during the execution of the construction works at the request of the beneficiary. By mutual agreement with the Head of Department and depending on the level of complexity, he can partially assign the performance of the above activity to an intermediate level designer architect;

Participates in all design and command meetings if his participation is necessary, informs and consults with the Head of Department regarding all aspects to be discussed and brings to his attention the decisions taken in the design and command meetings. Participates, if requested, in pre-measurements and measurements for surveying existing constructions;

He is actively and dedicatedly involved in the mentoring process, permanently guiding from a professional point of view the junior/intermediate level architects or recent graduates within the department;

Regularly learns the provisions of the norms and standards in force, in order to develop personal and lower level architects’ professional development;
