Ideal candidate

  • Graduated from the UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM / FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE majoring in ARCHITECTURE;
  • Bachelor’s degree, day courses 6 years;
  • Nemetschek Allplan and/or Autocad user (ArchiCAD for the Cluj-Napoca office);
  • MS Office user (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Knowledge in the field of design, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and detail;
  • Knowledge of technical regulations and specific legislation in force (RO, EU);
  • Ability to work with specific tools for assisted design, spatial vision and technical sense;
  • Availability/ability to work in teams of interdisciplinary specialists;
  • The person with good organizational, communication and planning skills;
    Ability to work in a team but also individually;
  • Foreign languages: intermediate / advanced English, including technical terms is an advantage;
  • Proactive, results-oriented person;
  • Driving license category B – is an advantage

Job Description

  • Participates in the realization phase of the projects related to the architecture specialty for all design phases, according to
    Romanian and European norms in force;
  • Get involved in the process of handing over the projects in the printed and electronic version to the superior hierarchical architect;
  • Understands the design theme and ensures that all requirements are properly understood;
  • Participates in the realization phase of the projects within the architecture specialty (phase D.T.A.C, D.T.O.E., D.T.A.D., P.Th., D.E.) up to the limits of his competences, with the help of dedicated software applications, under the coordination of the superior hierarchical architect, following all received technical indications;
  • Participates in the realization phase of the projects with the specialty of architecture, in accordance with the legislation, norms and regulations in force, within the limits of his competences, under the coordination of the superior hierarchical architect, following all received technical indications;
  • Participates in the performance of preliminary measurements related to the works designed or in the bidding phase, under the coordination of the superior hierarchical architect,following all received technical indications;
  • Participates in the creation phase of the drawings: project plans, building authorization including site organization, technical project plans, execution details, within the limits of his competences, under the coordination of the superior hierarchical architect, following all received technical indications;
  • Draws up the concept plans – scores, concept renderings, volumetry, architecture and interior spaces (e.g.: signage, colors, paints, layout protections, etc.), under the coordination of the superior hierarchical architect, following all received technical indications;
  • Informs the superior hierarchical architect regarding the stage completion of the project, in order to continue with the next stage;
  • Acquires professional work software at a performance level that allows a correct and continuous flow of work;
  • Regularly acquires the provisions of the norms and standards in force, with a view to continuous professional development;
